Marsha Upshaw is the newly appointed Executive Assistant at Wisdom Wealth and Winning. With an eye for detail and organization, her main priority is to keep the operations of the company running smoothly. Though new to the world of finance, she’s no stranger to the world of customer service and engagement.
Before devoting the last 20+ years to focus on marriage and motherhood, Marsha attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she obtained her BFA in Writing for Film/TV. Soon after, she was blissfully employed by Philadelphia-based Banyan Productions, as a casting agent on the popular TLC reality show A Wedding Story. Her own matrimonial tale began in 2004 and she welcomed Irish twins in 2005 and 2006.
Marsha’s creative thirst was quenched again several years later in 2016, when she embarked on Memento by Marsha – a custom keepsake pillow business, focused on transforming her buyers’ sentimental garments into heartfelt pillows that they can enjoy every day. The Reading Film Office was Marsha’s next venture in 2023, as she served as their Program Manager, overseeing development and execution of community programs and events in Berks County, PA, including the International ReadingFilmFEST.
Now, as Marsha steps into the workforce full time, she is excited to call Wisdom Wealth and Winning her new home, promising to uphold the company mantra – Retire with Confidence. Leave a Legacy on Purpose.
